   u can get it to look like that usually if your monitor is 20 inch or above than u use widescreen cant get it to look like that if u have a normal lcd

    The small bars have nothing to do with an addon, he has a widescreen monitor and the bars are always set to a certain size. If you DON’T have a widescreen monitor you can size your interface without messing up your picture and resolution by going to video settings and using the “UI scale” option, adjust it to your preference and away you go.
