Tip number one from the famous Hayden Hawkes Gold Secrets Guide: When you are using the auction house, you should think of it like eBay. Have you noticed the “buy it now” option on eBay?  It’s available in eBay stores and on regular auctions. This allows you to buy it immediately. The buyout feature on the auction house is similar to that on eBay. When you set a buyout price, you will be encouraging someone to purchase it now, instead of waiting for that bid to end.  This is going to stop you from having to pay relisting fees and it helps you to sell the item faster.

Do you know those World of Warcraft cards that you can buy in the stores? They give you a chance to win pets. Finding a spectral tiger IRL may be a little bit harder, but if you do, I’m sure you could sell it for a whole lot of real life cash.
